1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Closure by Player

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

5 Bonuses & Promotions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any wv77 content without express prior written authorisation from wv77. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wv77's liability to any player is limited to the return of the player's real-money account balance at the time a valid claim arises. wv77 is not liable for:

11 Termination & Suspension

wv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The account holder being identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wv77 will notify the player via their registered email address. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any regulatory compliance checks wv77 is required to conduct.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
